Who do I contact if there is a problem with the order?

How long will my order take?
We’re aiming for 45 minutes or less, but it may take longer during peak hours. If it’s been longer than one hour, give us a call at 682.704.2220.
Where can I receive my delivery?
We’ll deliver straight to your door in Bishop North, Bishop Flats, or Treehaus.
When can I place an order?
Hours of operation vary from day to day. Check out the app for all the day’s open concepts.
Can I order items from multiple restaurants?
Unfortunately, we can’t combine items from multiple concepts into one order.. However, feel free to put another separate order in from another restaurant.
Who is my delivery person?
A full-time Exxir employee will deliver your order directly to your door.
Are there any additional fees?
There is a delivery fee included in each order. Gratuity may be added at your discretion. The app is available exclusively to Exxir residents, and there are no subscription or membership fees.
